This lovely shop, which celebrates local artistic talent, is at 7 High Street in Emsworth. The ideal place to buy gifts or delightful items to liven up your home, they are also stockists of Gillian's prints and merchandise. You can follow the shop on Facebook here. Accessibility: There is a step into the shop but no ramp. Disabled parking is allowed on the double yellows on the main street (I asked a traffic warden!).
Robins Nest, at 142-144 West Street in Fareham, is a real treasure trove! It consists of lots of shops within the shop, with numerous individual traders selling their wares. From art to militaria to upcycled furniture to antiques and everything in between. Gillian has her own space within the store and keeps it stocked with pictures and merchandise. There is also a very nice cafe which sells excellent coffee! You can follow the emporium on Facebook here. Accessibility: There is a car park behind the shop but there are three large steps into the back entrance from the car park. The front entrance is flat access. There are toilets but they are not fully accessible.
Gillian's prints are now available from Bosham Walk Art and Crafts Centre. A delightful venue in the picturesque Bosham, Bosham Walk is a collection of about 20 small shops along with wall displays of numerous artists' work. Plus you can get refreshments from Wendy's Tea Room! You can follow the centre on Facebook here. Accessibility: There is a fairly steep ramp (I needed help) into the entrance which is wide enough for a manual wheelchair if both doors are open. The centre is spread over two floors but unfortunately there is no wheelchair access upstairs due to the lack of a lift. Fortunately the coffee is downstairs!!
This delightful little shop now stocks some of Gillian's greetings cards. You can also find lots of art and craft goodies and gift ideas. Well worth a visit! Plus it is right next door to a tea rooms in the Trading Post at Port Solent. Accessibility: The shop is on the second floor but there is a lift. No problems with steps at all and the door is plenty wide enough for a manual wheelchair.
We are always interested in discussing the possibility of other venues stocking Gillian's work. You could stock the current range, or Gillian would be happy to work on an exclusive range if this would be of interest. Please contact us to discuss the options.
